GO! East
will be a documentary filmed in 2025 along the Silk Road, starting in Germany and crossing 20 countries on the way to Mongolia. I will be travelling this route for about seven months with my 4×4 van, my dog ​​and my camera equipment. Some of these roads, which lead through remote areas with stunning nature will be quite difficult and adventurous to drive…
Apart from that, the main focus of the film will be on the many different characters that will cross my path, their stories and how they all cope with life and the changing world around them.
Many areas along this route are in big transition and will be very different in some years.
It’s going to be work in progress and I am very excited about what I will encounter. And what I am able to show in the final film.
